My Services

Moms of Little Ones Support Group, Morganton NC

The ACA Code of Ethics states: Counselors are encouraged to contribute to society by devoting a portion of their professional activity to services for which there is little or no financial return (pro bono publico). The primary responsibility of counselors is to respect the dignity and to promote the welfare of clients.

This is my way of doing that!

Applied Improvisation Workshops for your Group or Team

"Applied improvisation assumes creativity happens collaboratively by using the principle of short turn taking between individuals in the group. In an atmosphere of positive purpose, everyone is encouraged to contribute. Fear, suspicion and anxiety are replaced with focus, creativity and sense of collaboration. This approach allows individuals, groups and organizations to release their creative potential and over time, increase confidence." (Appliedimprovisationnetwork.org)

Premarital Counseling

For NC and SC residents.

Marriage is more than a ceremony — it’s a lifelong conversation. Premarital counseling gives you the tools to start strong: to communicate well, navigate differences, and align your values before the big day (and the everyday that follows).

Using principles from the Gottman Method, we’ll explore topics like conflict, connection, family history, and shared meaning — so you can build a relationship that’s both rooted and resilient.
